Thank you for visiting and shopping at JYZ Hair. Your packages are shipped from our factory in China directly. Here we promise you:

Main Shipping Market

We mainly sell to the United States, Canada and European countries. Countries and regions such as Africa, Asia, and South America are not shipped.


Shipping Fee

We provide free shipping service for United States, need 8-10 working days to deliver. If you want to receive the package quickly, you can pay the extra DHL  shipping fee as order guidance, you can receive within 4-5 working days.

We use DHL to ship to Canada, and the shipping fee is based on the weight of the package, which you can see in the order guide. Need 4-5 working days to deliver.

For European countries, we use the logistics line to ship, which takes 10-12 working days to deliver.

Shipment Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s) and a link to follow the journey of your package. If there is a problem with your tracking number or package delivery, please contact the courier directly or our customer service.
In some rare case, the tracking information may not update but you will still receive your order. Please contact us after the estimated delivery time.


JYZ Hair is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that she or he enters the shipping address correctly. If the shipping address is not correct when you place an order, please contact us by the way of e-mail or live chat ASAP to help you cancel your order or change the address. We will do our best to make the change, however, we cannot guarantee that we will succeed.
If it's too late for our team to cancel your order, you can return your order to us once you've received it. When we receive your returned item, we can then ship it to the correct address or provide you with a full refund.

Extra Shipping Charges: If you upgraded your shipping and the package was returned to us due to an incorrect address and if you would like a refund, you will not be reimbursed for the upgraded shipping fees.
